Your Three day Juice Cleanse comes with the intention that you will be consuming 6 16oz juices for 3 days in a row! This powerful cleanse will help you to kickstart your healthy living habits. Three days is just the tip of the iceberg but many powerful changes can be made during this time.

Guidance for your three day juice boost
- Keep your juices ice cold. If you carry them with you, store in a mini cooler with an ice pack.
- If fasting on just juice, try to consume all 6 juices for the entire day.
- Add water or coconut water, as needed.
- Drink one juice as a meal. Dont just sip it... take some gulps and get it in. This will help you not to feel hungry.
- If hunger is getting in the way of your ability to function properly, grab some carrot or celery sticks. Dont force it! Try to consume raw veggies to get you through. Alot of this is mind over matter!
- If your work entails hard physical labor or you workout regularly, you may not be able to incorporate juicing only into your schedule. You either have to pick a time when you are on light duty or incorporate juicing into a healthy dietary regimen. In other words, eat and juice.
- If you are pregnant or nursing, you can still consume juice, however you still must eat to ensure you and your baby is getting suffient calories.
